Are You a Fat Loss Expert?

We are fat loss experts

We are not talking about a quick fix

We are talking about the long-term, sustainable solution

A long-term, sustainable fat loss program must include

Exercise

Nutrition

And managing one’s life
One who confidently and correctly

prioritizes and manages all of life’s  work

(which include individually appropriate eating and exercise)

So he/she may appropriately respond to all of life’s challenges

creates a perpetually progressing, happy and healthy person.

Can we agree on that?
So Health = individually appropriate exercise, nutrition and lifestyle

and Sustainable fat loss = individually appropriate exercise, nutrition and lifestyle

Health = Sustainable Fat loss
That means we are Health experts

Because we are…

Life Management experts

Nutrition experts

Exercise experts
in order for fat loss to be a healthy, long-term, sustainable solution

it must be…

Easy to implement

Enjoyable to do

Explicit in what to do, when to do it, and most importantly HOW to do it
To be a healthy, long-term, sustainable solution for YOU

It must also be to your specifications…

what you want to do

what you are willing to do

And what you can do

Work outside any of these limits

and you will assuredly either not do it

or break yourself trying
You may think you need to (fill in the blank)______________________  to get fat off and keep it off.

But if you were right, why haven’t you done it?

Not enough time in the day? BS!

That’s an inability to mange one’s life.

Having trouble sticking to your diet? BS!

That’s an inability to know what is right for You to eat.

Cannot consistently exercise? BS!

That’s an inability to know what are the right activities to be doing and the limitations of your current physical status.

If you are not rapidly progressing

you are NOT doing what we do

and you are not doing what is right for you. Period.

And not only are you not doing what is right for you

You don’t even know what is right for you.

If you are expert in nutrition, lifestyle and exercise

Good for you. But then why don’t you progress as fast as we do?

If you are NOT expert in one or all of these fields

And you want to be leaner, stronger, and healthier with perpetual progress

Let THE MOVEMENT  help.

Your body wants to be better

And, in fact, is always trying to be better

All you have to do is follow it

It’s SO MUCH EASIER than anyone thinks

The only blood, sweat and tears you will see

Will be from everyone who is not doing what we do
