Windy Meadows Farm in Campbell, TX is the home of Mike and Connie Hale.  Before providing Dallas customers with the best-tasting chicken in familyphototown, Mike Hale taught algebra at the local high school for 21 joy-filled years!  One day, Mike was enlightened to the fact that his chicken did not taste right.  After being introduced to the concept of pastured chickens from another local farm, Mike set out to pasture his own.  In 1999, Mike, his wife Connie, and their children began to raise pastured chickens for themselves and friends.  It began as an afternoon hobby, but quickly grew into a full-time job!

Always providing his chickens with highest quality of care, Mike Hale supplies some of Dallas’ finest restaurants including The Adolphus Hotel, The Anatole, and York Street Cafe.  Mike describes the flavor of his chicken as “coming alive in your mouth, and staying in your mouth!”   We can personally testify that there is no doubt about this claim!  The tenderness and rich flavor of this chicken is the best we’ve found.

In the next couple weeks we’ll be traveling to Windy Meadows Farm and featuring a video interview of the Hale Family and the real story behind their delicious chicken!  So stay tuned!
