On the lush forty-acre Windy Meadows Family Farm in Campbell, TX, Mike and Connie Hale, along with their eight children, have raised pastured chicken for nearly twenty years! The Hale family’s passion for providing responsibly-raised pastured chicken has spread, and some of the finest restaurants in Dallas serve their chicken – The Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa, Nana at The Anatole, and Craft at The W Hotel!
Not only are these chickens locally-grown, but they are “pastured,” which means they freely roam around the grass enjoying the good life. This means they’re able to have direct access to the plant leaves and insects that make up their natural diet. This results in some pretty incredible tasting chicken! The good news is that now you are able to get this great tasting chicken right here at The Movement Dallas Organic Co-op with out having to pre-order or drive miles to pick it up!
