Hail Merry Foods in Dallas, TX

Hail Merry products were designed by a Dallas-based Raw Food chef whose core philosophy is to bring awareness to the powerful benefits of healthy fats, which we must obtain from our diets. These plant based fats like Omega 3 & Oleic Acid can actually improve our cholesterol profile, reduce inflammation & make our hair & skin more radiant.

However, once these dietary oils are heated at high temperatures they begin to oxidize and become rancid causing free radical damage to our cells! All of Hail Merry products are raw or dehydrated at very low temperatures to protect the integrity of these healthy dietary oils.

Our favorite item is Merry’s Miracle Chocolate Tart™!  It’s decadent!

Organic coconut oil is what makes Merry’s Miracle Tart™ taste so rich. Nature made coconut oil with medium chain fatty acids (MFA’S) that quickly burn as energy & are NOT stored as body fat or cholesterol. Athletes consume 1-2 tablespoons of MFA’s before competitions for an added boost of energy.

The crust is made with almond flour, which is loaded with Omega 9 monounsaturated fatty acids, which are great for your skin and hair.

Chocolate is a known antioxidant and is also stimulating to the brain, which offers the perfect afternoon mood lift or pre-work out snack.
