Full Quiver Farm is a 63-acre dairy farm owned by Mike and Debbie Sams in Kemp, TX.  This Mennonite family has raised fullquiver-cows9 children, and several of their children who are still at home work on the farm, offering some of the best raw dairy around.

Many of you have tasted their raw artisanal farmstead cheeses that can be found at some local Whole Foods and Central Market locations. To be called “farmstead,” it must be made with milk from the farmer’s own herd on the farm where the animals are raised. To be called “artisanal,” it must be made largely by hand.

Early every Saturday morning, we arrive at the farm and learn more about how wonderful “the simple life” can be.  With no Internet or TV, this farm family continues to teach us little bits of wisdom. Full Quiver’s land is a picture of tranquility as you drive through the gates and see the cows peacefully grazing in the fields and eating the winter grass, and the happy chickens roaming free outside their coop. There are over 65 Jersey, Holstein, and Jersey/Holstein mix cows that roam the farm’s 63-acres, feeding only on grass and enjoying the wonderful sun.  Happy animals make happy meat and eggs!

Some of the incredible items we get from Full Quiver:

  • Fresh raw milk
  • Fresh raw cream
  • Fresh butter
  • Fresh eggs
  • Pastured pork
  • Cheese spreads
  • Variety of raw cheeses
  • And more!
