Japanese Chicken

1 free-range, organic chicken, cut up.
1/2 cup tamari sauce (fermented, non-GMO)
1 piece of ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 stick butter
Rinse chicken and pat dry. Marinate for several hours in tamari, to which you’ve added garlic and ginger.
Melt butter. Baste chicken with butter and place in pan, skin side down. Broil about 20 min. Turn and place skin side up. Baste again. Bake at 350° F until done.
