Everyone involved with the cleanse is starting to hover around the first revelation – Healthy eating starts with one small step – That step: just a little planning!
What do you spend most of your day thinking about or planning? Most I meet are way too busy thinking about how bad they feel and how can they possibly get everything done they believe they need to get done feeling as bad as they do. What a horrible merry-go-round! Who wants to get off?
I believe Dr. Wayne Dyer says that we have over 60,000 thoughts a day! What are you thinking about?
Bruce Lipton says that over 70% of our thoughts are negative and redundant! Again, what are you thinking about?
Psychology says that thoughts create actions and actions create feelings. Those feelings create new thoughts, which creates new actions, which of course creates new feelings, and the merry-go-round keeps on going whether you like it or not.
Think about your health today.
Thought: I am going to take steps to being healthier right now
Action: Plan a day of eating, follow it, and keep a diary or log of it
Feeling: Healthier, increase vitality, more productive, and successful
The merry-go-round is starting to spin in a great new direction!
