Day 2 Rewind
The busy schedule that we have had to keep the last few days with “the move” and “the movement” continues to make things a little harder than usual to get the best food, but we are doin’ it!
Let’s take a look at yesterday’s menu:
AM Wake Up – Raw whey protein, Lean maximizer, multi-vitamin, colonique, and a cup of Enfusia
Breakfast – Free range eggs, free range turkey and a raw carrot
Lunch – Free range turkey, black beans, and roasted veggies (carrots, zucchini, and onions)
Dinner – Grass Fed Beef, black beans, sprouted grain tortillas, and a wonderful glass of Strawberry Enfusia
Dessert – my homemade banana pudding (recipe: 1 can coconut milk and 4-5 bananas, mix, and chill) then for a crunch we added sprouted Ezekiel cereal with almonds
Revelation #1 – If you fail to plan you plan to fail – i know this doesn’t seem like an amazing insight, but it is true. i am currently busier than i would ever like to be and with just a brief thought of the upcoming day what to eat, when to eat it, or how i will get it was not a problem. Everyone says that they are just too busy to be healthy. Bull! Turn off the TV, shut down the computer, silence cell phones and reconnect with YOUR life. Why is it that we can meet deadlines for everyone else but not our own? Take back your power and take back your health!
